Though life appears to be picture perfect on the surface like most cities in modern society….there is a dark underside. There are plenty of chances for things to go bump in the darkness. Or for lady of misfortune to strike and deal her dangerous hand. But more often than not, what happens in the shadows stays within the shadows.
